Independence Powered by Choice
Through community-based, in-home services, we work with the individuals we serve and their natural supports to achieve their desired level of independence. We contract with the Department of Developmental Services and Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission and are a provider for the Medicaid funded Acquired Brain Injury and Moving Forward Plan Waivers.
Empower offers an array of in-home support services including personal and companion care, financial, health and home management, as well as surrogacy for the MassHealth PCA program. All services must be accessed by referral through a state agency or be purchased privately. To learn more about what may be available to you or your loved one, choose from one of our programs below.
